Incomplete, Stupid & Despicable

Here are three left-wing anti-Palin memes that we didn't cover yesterday.

Troopergate: Short version:

Supposedly Palin fired the commissioner of public safety because he wouldn’t fire her brother-in-law, a state trooper who had becomed estranged from Palin’s sister.  Mike Wooten only got a suspension, and last month, she allegedly dismissed Walt Monegan over his handling of the case.

AP at the time called Governor Palin's actions "scurrilous and petty".  But among Wooten's terminatable actions were these:

Troopers eventually investigated thirteen issues and found four in which Wooten violated policy or broke the law or both:

Wooten used a Taser on his stepson.
• He illegally shot a moose.
• He drank beer in his patrol car on one occasion.
• He told others his father-in-law would “eat a f’ing lead bullet” if he helped his daughter get an attorney for the divorce. [emphases added]

Hello?  Drinking on duty?  Breaking the law?  Police brutality?  Threatening to kill Governor Palin's father?  Isn't this the liberal charicature of law enforcement?  Why was Monegan protecting this thug?  And wasn't that ample justification for the Guv to get rid of him?

She says that wasn't the reason, which I interpret to mean it wasn't the ONLY reason.  That would help explain why she waited a year and a half before handing Monegan his pink slip.  But while the Alaska state legislature is investigating the matter (why, I can't fathom, since the Commissioner of Public Safety is a political appointment), they've also gone on record as commending Governor Palin for her complete cooperation with the probe.  And by complete, I mean the legislature has not had to issue a single subpoena.  Which would suggest one of two things: (1) Sarah Palin is dumber than a box of rocks if she has anything to hide (in which case Team Sith would be even dumber for putting her on McCain's ticket); or (2) Sarah Palin has nothing to hide, and the probe will more likely vindicate her decision to sack Monegan.

The Palin’s pick insults more qualified Republican women like Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Elizabeth Dole, Kay Bailey HutchinsonHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....

"More qualified"?  They're all Beltway insiders; all senators; not a picosecond of executive experience or "reform" background from any of them; all RINOS; ALL PRO-ABORTION.  Haven't these numbnuts been paying attention?

This is the REPUBLICAN vice presidential nomination we're talking about.  It's astonishing that McCain didn't shove this pick up the GOP base's ass sideways with a Ridge or Lieberman or Bloomberg - or a Snowe, Collins, Dole, or Hutchinson, for that matter.

Hmmmm; perhaps that's what's got the libs disappointed.  But I can't imagine that any Shechyderm is going to be.

Sarah Palin wasn’t REALLY pregnant (with Trig) — it’s her daughter’s child.

Figures this shit came from the Kos-hacks.  It's only been a day and change, and the Donks are already going after Governor Palin's family, in a spirit not all that dissimilar from Trooper Wooten.  My, they MUST be in a pants-wetting panic.

Here's a pic of Governor Palin from February, when she was two months from popping.  Compare that to her rollout in Dayton yesterday.  I see one of three possibilities: (1) her weight fluctuates like Barack Obama flip-flops; (2) she had a kidney stone the size of a medicine ball; or (3) she was preggers like nobody's business.

Given The Chief Stumbling Block's avowed "candidates' families are off limits" firewall, when can we expect his condemnation of this despicable slur and permanent disavowal of the extreme Left?  Hey, for a guy who heaved his "pastors" overboard (though not his Weater Underground terrorist mentors), how difficult a (temporary) divorce would it be?
