McCain-Bush '08?

Are we beginning to notice a pattern from the Obamarketeers?

Notice who's conspicuously absent from these two spots?  McCain's REAL running mate.  Which is the only part of this long-since tired meme that is as "smart" as AP seems to think it is.  But only in the same way that it is "smart" not to rap a hornet's nest with a broom handle like it was a pinata.

But if Rogaine Messiah can't "go nuclear" on Governor Palin and "tear her to pieces" - and from what I keep reading, they'll NEVER be able to do so, and not just because all the abuse she's taken so far has made her such a sympathetic figure - then with what are they left?  The same tired old hard-left sloganeering, the same tired old Bush-bashing, the same tired old energy exploration obstructionism/"inflate your tires to lower gas prices" foolishness, the same tired old pro-infanticide/"That's above my pay grade" ghoulishness, the same corrupt, extremist associations (Jeremiah Wright, Michael Pfleger, Tony Rezko, Bill Ayers, Bernadette Dohn), the same empty-headed hype/no experience or substance "hopeandchange" song & dance....the same, old Barack Obama whose act got old six months ago and has been shriveling ever since.

It's like being gnawed on by three rabid wolverines high on angel dust and avoiding losing your balance and doing a header into an industrial waste incinerator.  Yeah, it's a relief that you didn't instantaneously combust, but you've still got the wolverine problem to deal with.

The American people don't want higher taxes, they want domestic energy exploration, and they want the job finished in Iraq.  Rogaine Messiah stands opposite all those majority positions.  And George W. Bush, contrary to left-wing innuendo, is not on the 2008 ballot.

If you didn't know better, you might get the idea that they don't think Obama can take McCain mano-a-mano.  To say nothing of the Barracuda.
