Not Over Yet?

I have a lot of respect for Victor Davis Hanson and always make it a point to read his columns. This one is up over at NRO, and I think he makes a lot of good points. I know this is supposed to be a Democratic year after eight years of a Republican Administration, blah blah blah, but it still astounds me that so many people have been taken in by a zero like Barack Obama. I honestly cannot think of one redeeming quality about the guy. Hanson makes the point that people don't like to be lectured about what we should do - or else! Well, that is certainly what the Left is saying; James Carville is promising riots in the streets if he doesn't win! Of course, James Carville is a Class A jerk, but that's beside the point. I just can't believe that people can't see that Obama is a socialist through and through, and he wants to socialize this country.

As Rush says, we as conservatives are going to have to drag McCain across the finish line, then deal with him while he's in office. That is certainly a better alternative than turning the country over to Mao Tse Obama.
