Under The Radar
Are Americans really, truly going to elect an Alinsky Marxist as the next president of the United States? Or is Ronald Reagan's faith in the the "floor intelligence" of the American people still justified?:
It's been seventy-six years [Oops, make that forty-eight - forgot about JFK] since Americans elected to the presidency a Democrat who wasn't from the South and perceived as a "blue dog" centrist. Has the Democrat Financial Logic Bomb had that much impact? Is this really the beginning of a new dark age and the end of the America we've known and loved for 232 years? Have We, The People, thrown in the towel on American exceptionalism and the American Experiment? Are we now to be ideologically assimilated back into the impoverished, primitive, disease-ridden, tyranny-addled Old World from whence our Founding Fathers escaped?
On the other hand, it's been eighty-eight years since Americans elected to the presidency a sitting Republican Senator, so who the bleep knows what's really going on?
