A fresh example of why I hate RINOs with a passion:

So let's get this straight: Snarlin' Arlen now wishes he could go back and analyze the Hogzilla bill he didn't read in order to reduce the appalling level of pork and waste in it after having broken with his party to vote for cloture on the grounds that he and Senators Snowe and Collins had cut a paltry $110 billion from a Senate version of the bill that will actually cost MORE than Crazy Nancy's House version.

Stupid Party?  Only because there aren't any stronger adjectives to apply.  Other, perhaps, than that it's a pity he didn't have his bout with cancer under the terms of this bill.

And now, a fresh example of why I hate Democrats almost as much as RINOs:

The sheer smirking, sneering ARROGANCE of these people.  Something of which, ironically, they come by honestly.  And, really, who can blame them?  Look at what they've done: got the Republicans thrown out of power on the grounds that they were corrupt overspenders, and are now shoving down the public's throat the biggest, most economically useless spending spree in American history on the grounds of it being an "emergency stimulus" when it is in reality a downpayment on economic disaster.

Is Chucky right?  Does nobody care about pork anymore?  Voters sure did two years and change ago.  Or is wasteful spending only "corruption" when Republicans do it, but when Dems do it's "economic salvation"?

Just remember, Chucky: there will be a reckoning.  Oh, yes, there will.  And it's only twenty-one months away.
