Stimulating Worthlessness

Had a guy come in to the Post Office today wondering why he hadn't gotten his stimulus check yet. Let me tell you about this guy. First time I saw him, he was giggling, high as a kite, wanting me to tell him what his PO box number was because he couldn't remember, and wasn't coordinated enough to stick his key in the keyhole anyway. He doesn't work...where he gets his drug money, I don't know. I guess Obama's gonna help him out with that.
