Useful Patriot
This didn't get much comment on the news, did it?
But for the much-maligned Patriot Act provisions that equip authorities with warrants to wiretap and seize records of terror suspects, the unthinkable would have happened.
Who? Well, Najibullah Zazi, who worked in New York selling coffee and donuts while conspiring to blow up his customers and as many other people as possible. I'm surprised CAIR hasn't stepped in yet. Does Bush get any credit for the Patriot Act provisions that made it possible for this man to be stopped? Nope. The syncophants on the left will find a way to give our wimp of a president the credit. I doubt too many will buy that, though, except for his ignorant followers.
I certainly hope he and his wife have a nice time in Copenhagen while Iran builds its nukes.
JASmius adds: Barry O's palm-frond-wavers would surely want to give him the credit, but I doubt seriously they'd want to do so based on the means he employed.
