If you didn't already know it before, learn it now - the racial deck is stacked:

I stated on Fox News that it was clear to me that no cases against national racial minorities would issue from the Voting Section during this administration. Let’s hope they change their mind. I testified under oath today, because I had no choice, that those instructions were given by Deputy Assistant Attorney General (DAAG) Julie Fernandes.

My understanding of her instructions were that no cases would be brought against national racial minorities by the Voting Section, and if a U.S. Attorney wanted to bring one, it was up to them to do so. Of course, no U.S. attorney will wade into that sort of mess without the help of the experts in the Voting Section, and DAAG Fernandes would know that.

If the Department denies this occurred, then the public and the now-very-interested media should demand that the senior management of the Voting Section in 2009 be made to testify under oath to the United States Commission on Civil Rights. Of course this will never happen, because they know by now what the testimony would be.

So say hello to a few of Red Barry's newly minted, Eric The Red-approved election monitors, who'll probably be posted outside and inside your polling place this November:

That last one is the Grand Exalted Imperial Omnipotent Cracker Stomper himself.  And apparently he can't wait until November to lynch whitey, so he's gonna get hisself some Tea Party blood at Glenn Beck's expense:

Understand that this is the supposedly media-savvy black Klansman, and he's dropping racial slurs on Beck, dodging questions of whether his plan to crash the 8/28 rally at the Lincoln Memorial will be "within the law," and flatly declares that Beck should not be allowed to speak ANYWHERE at ANY TIME.

Evidently he's willing to back that up with more than just bellicose rhetoric:

The NBPP is "ready to rumble" with Glenn Beck, Tea Partiers, the GOP, and a majority of the American people.  And reportedly, they won't be alone:

In an effort to replicate the tea party's success, 170 liberal and civil rights groups are forming a coalition that they hope will match the movement's political energy and influence. They promise to "counter the tea party narrative" and help the [re]gressive movement find its voice again after eighteen months of floundering.

How long has Barack Obama been in office again?  Almost....eighteen months.  And they've "lost their voice"?  They're "floundering"?  When standing at the top of the mountain?  With "some kind of a god" and the "greatest orator in this history of the planet" as their faceman?  Doesn't sound to me like they have much rhetoric left to offer.  Which would leave....violence.  Domestic terrorism.  Civil war.  And that sounds like what "Dr." Shabazz is contemplating.

Ensign Ed doesn't sound terribly impressed:

I’d say that the confrontation will be interesting … and almost entirely one-sided. Beck will probably draw hundreds of thousands of Tea Party supporters to the Mall for his speech, regardless of whether he calls it a Tea Party or not, while Shabazz might draw dozens of his followers. The NBPP chair may wind up outperforming Beck in terms of percentage of overall followers, but that will be the only way Shabazz will outperform Beck.

Probably.  But remember the Turkish "peace flotilla" template.  All the NBPP and its co-horts have to do is get a riot of some sort started and then let the Obamedia's long-proclaimed "violent Tea Party mob/right-wing extremist" meme will get a fresh transfusion and be off and running right as the midterm campaign's fall home stretch gets started.

And it's a fair bet that Eric The Red will find opportunities for his brand of "official racial justice", as Oakland, California is finding out:

The U.S. Department of Justice will conduct an independent review of the Johannes Mehserle case in order to determine whether or not the shooting merits federal prosecution, according the department.

"The Justice Department has been closely monitoring the state's investigation and prosecution," the department said in a statement.

"The Civil Rights Division, the U.S. Attorney's Office, and the FBI have an open investigation into the fatal shooting and, at the conclusion of the state's prosecution, will conduct an independent review of the facts and circumstances to determine whether the evidence warrants federal prosecution."

Which, of course, it will, because Johannes Mehserle is a white cop who accidentally shot a black suspect.  Which is why he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and will get as much as ten years in prison.  But "revolutionaries" like Eric The Red aren't interested in justice; they want revenge.  Which is why rioting immediately erupted in the streets of Oakland after the verdict was announced, though not nearly to the degree that I was expecting.  And why Merserle's ten years will be just the beginning of his punishment, assuming that "Dr." Shabazz's stormtroopers don't just decide to carry out a little vigilante "justice" while Eric the Red looks the other way after they're done "rumbling" with the Beckians.

Meanwhile the NBPP was convicted of blatant voter intimidation, indeed not only didn't defend themselves but were PROUD of it, and Eric The Red....dropped the case, because it didn't serve the cause of racial revenge.

Ace thinks Holder is running the risk of getting the entire Voting Rights Act of 1965 nullified by applying it so flagrantly unconstitutionally and applying the coup de grace to Red Barry's '08 boast of being a "racial unifier":

You know, one misstep I never thought the Obama administration would make was a determination to insert itself into high-profile racially-charged situations (and to pander to his community activist sort of radical buddies). I just thought he was smarter than that.

But race is like catnip to these guys. They can't help themselves.

With August 28th and November 2nd coming up fast, it looks like they'll have ample opportunity to gorge themselves - unless we vomit the whole lot of them out of the civil alimentary tract first.

UPDATE 7/11:  Holy crap....

Sure, the Clintonoids only care because THEY got screwed instead of the GOP.  But how, oh how does Godbama put out THIS fire on top of all the other ones?  Can we kiss any remaining glimmering hope of Donk unity in front of the midterms a hail and hearty farewell?

UPDATE 7/12: The Ensign is skeptical, and makes a good point about the La Clinton Nostra being a most incredible victim in this equation.  But the impact on Donk Party unity is the same.

Has anybody asked Madame SecState about this?  Or the Big Me?  Something to keep an eye on, as the '12 cycle's kickoff is just six or so months away.
