Today, I don't hesitate to say that we have arrived at another unique moment in American history. A host of obstacles have been thrust upon our nation. How we respond is the challenge for our generation; it will determine what kind of country we will be.

Our country's greatest strength has always been the innovative spirit and resolve of the American People - each generation has left the next with a brighter future and a better world.
