What Right To Work Supporters Achieved
Over the last two weeks, Right to Work supporters - including one generous supporter who matched $50,000 dollar-for-dollar - helped us reach our $250,000 goal to launch a massive seven-state TV ad campaign.
In fact, we're still counting the contributions concerned citizens gave through the mail or by phone.
You see, it's vital we inform and mobilize residents in Alaska, Arkansas, Maine, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, and Virginia to counteract Big Labor's attempt to swing the vote on the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill in their favor.
The union bosses' allies in the Senate are running out of time before the November elections to ram through this dangerous power grab.
Thanks to the phone calls, faxes, and emails from Right to Work supporters, the Senate rejected the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill as part of the Supplemental Appropriations Act.
But Big Labor isn't giving up, and the Wall Street Journal even recently reported that the AFL-CIO is prepared for "its biggest political campaign ever" to keep their majorities in the House and Senate.
And even if pro-forced unionism incumbents lose their seats in November, the union bosses will ask Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi to ram through their agenda in a lame duck session of Congress.
That's why we have to stay vigilant.
We'll keep you updated if there is any movement on the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill or other union boss power grabs in the Senate before the August recess.
Your action has stalled this toxic bill time and again. Now, let's kill it for good.
Sincerely,

Mark Mix
