My current House aggregate election prediction formula shows Representative Melissa Bean (D-IL8) going down in agonizingly narrow defeat in November.

This vid suggests to me that she's well aware of it:

Does Bean's "security" remind anyone else of the Harris twins?  I mean, if you're going to hire a thug, you can't go wrong by hiring a guy that looks like a technical advisor on Sons of Anarchy.

I gotta say, this Donk honesty is highly refreshing.  They are arriving at the logical conclusion of their extremism - rule by the fist - just late enough for those tactics to be not quite able to save them, but definitely play a role in their demise.  Town halls where the officeholder tells her constituents what they can ask, what they can say, and what they can think, with "unfortunate consequences" should they stray into "unapproved" dialogue.  And of course, no acknowledgement of, much less debate with, a Republican opponent whose regime-designated place is as that of the Washington Generals to the Harlem Globetrotters - i.e. the electoral jabrone.

Roddy Piper once said, "Never throw rocks at a guy holding a machine gun".  Which, frankly, was the only prop needed to make Bean's thug's ensemble complete.
