We Did It
We did it.
Your Senators have returned to their states until Labor Day - and they left Washington D.C. without Harry Reid ramming through one union boss power grab after another.
That's not to say the union bosses' handpicked majorities in Congress didn't try - or won't keep trying when they return to the Capitol in September.
But every time they did, you stepped up.
When word broke that Harry Reid was about to ram through the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill, Right to Work supporters took action.
When we heard forced unionism apologists were trying to attach Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining to war funding legislation, concerned citizens like you picked up your phones.
When Harry Reid launched his sneak attack on free speech with the so-called "Disclose Act," you spoke up loud and clear.
But the fight against these and other dangerous bills is far from over. In fact, President Barack Obama spoke at the AFL-CIO convention this week and ensured his Big Labor allies, "We are going to keep on fighting to pass the Employee Free Choice Act."
As you know, that power grab -- more accurately called the Card Check Forced Unionism Bill -- would effectively eliminate the secret ballot in workplace unionization drives and would open up workers to extreme levels of harassment and intimidation by union militants.
We must be ready for more action when Congress returns to session after Labor Day. The union bosses are desperate for these special privileges and more.
Please consider chipping in $10 to help the National Right to Work Committee prepare for the next stage.
Thanks again for everything you have done to help in this fight against more forced unionism.
Sincerely,

Mark Mix
