"Democracy" Is Saved

Big Labor - which is to say, Big Government Labor - has buried Big Business once again:

The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees union has emerged as the largest outside spender of the 2010 campaign season, doling out $87.5 million to help elect Democratic candidates, the Wall Street Journal reports.

"We're the big dog," Larry Scanlon, the head of AFSCME's political operations, told the WSJ. "But we don't like to brag."

Later in the same article, AFSCME President Gerald McEntee, declared: "We're spending big. And we're damn happy it's big. And our members are damn happy it's big—it's their money."

No, it's OUR money, you frakking parasite.  A category in which also resides, with full bad standing, the demented old crone about to be shipped to the back benches in eleven days:

Apparently without a sense of irony House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ramped up the rhetoric against the Chamber of Commerce, telling [TA DA!] MSNBC[CCP], "They give new meaning to the term 'Buy American'…  they want to buy these elections." She went on to say that if they win it would mean America was "a plutocracy and oligarchy" and that “Whatever these few wealthy, secret, unlimited sources of money are can control our entire agenda."

The difference, of course, being that THEY use THEIR OWN money because THEY must EARN it or they'll GO OUT OF BUSINESS.  Whereas Big Government Labor steals OUR money to try and keep in power THEIR party so THEY can keep stealing.  They'll NEVER go out of business, because they're not IN business, other than in the sense of ransacking everybody else's wallets and bank accounts.  And, of course, their Citizens United lament is that Big Business is even allowed into the game at all.

Y'know, a hundred-plus years ago when private sector interests were trying to corner markets, they were called "trusts", which is where we get our modern legal term "anti-trust".  Fifty-plus years ago public sector interests were (foolishly) allowed to "organize," and the result - trillions of aggregate dollars in unfunded benefit and pension liabilities that will never be paid (because we're already broke NOW) but for which you can bet your last asshair they'll riot in the streets just like the French and the Greeks - has been even worse.

Big government unions are the "trusts" of the twenty-first century.  "Busting" them has to be a top priority of any viable American civic, fiscal, and political renaissance.

And if saving the country from the Left's planned economic apocalypse and subsequent brutal dictatorship isn't enough of a reason, how 'bout doing it to stick this brand of petty, partisan assholery straight up their asses sideways with rusty razor blades attached?

The poor schlep wasn't wearing a Bush campaign t-shirt and cap; he was wearing a t-shirt and cap with the name and insignia of the U.S.S. George Bush, the aircraft carrier named after the forty-FIRST POTUS, NOT the forty-third, on which his son currently serves.

Big Labor must be crushed, folks.  By any (political) means necessary.  All we have to lose are the chains they're getting ready for us.
