On the bright side, John Raese in West Virginia rewidened his lead over the O-Care flip-flopping Chin, and in Mark Kirk added a handful more rocks to his side of the Illinois teeter-totter to flip his race back to a Republican pickup of Red Barry's old seat.

On the not so bright but not (yet) catastrophic side, Rand Paul's lead in Kentucky slipped from "likely" to "leaner," I have to conclude from that "Aqua Buddha" nonsense.  It was only one point, though, from six points up to five, so let's not have a cow yet.  No, let's save that for Pat Toomey face-planting six points from "safe" to "leaner," which has no discernable proximate cause, even if you try to claim "Democrat awakening" in a state where the Dark Side has a 2-1 registration advantage.  I suppose one could say that Toomey was never really going to win by double digits, though, in which case it's an adjustment to how it was always going to turn out in the end.  Yes, let's go with that.

The biggest disappointment is Rasmussen's poll out this morning several days after Linda McMahon's masterful and devastating final argument against "Hanoi Dick" Blumenthal, showing the lying dweeb zooming back to a thirteen-point lead.  I guess Connecticutters are beyond redemption AND reason.
