I don't know why Representative Bachmann would go on MSNBCCCP in the first place, unless it was to deliver what seems to me to have been the perfect retort to his dismissive question "Are you hypnotized?": "I'm as hypnotized as you are lobotomized, Chris."  Bet that would have left Tingles speechless.  And it would have been a funnier line than the tired, um, tingle riff.
