The U.S. Senate is expected to vote TODAY on whether to shut off debate on the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill (S. 3991).

Please take a moment to call Senator Maria Cantwell at (202) 224-3441 and Senator Patty Murray at (202) 224-2621 now and insist they oppose S. 3991 on today's cloture vote.

Big Labor is desperate for payback before the new Congress begins next month.

Now the union bosses are putting massive pressure on a handful of Senators to "give them" today's vote -- providing them cover to dupe their constituents by voting for cloture today before voting against final passage.

We can't let the politicians have it both ways.

This is THE vote. A vote to cut off debate is a vote to pass it. Pure and simple. Don't let any politicians fool you.

That's why it's vital you and other concerned citizens blast Capitol Hill with phone calls before today's vote.

Tell them that during these tough times, passage of the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill could be the final straw for cities and small communities that are already struggling to make ends meet.

This legislative power grab will cost taxpayers BILLIONS.

The record is clear. In jurisdictions where Big Labor has control over public employees, union officials guarantee citizens pay more in taxes and get less for their tax money in return.
