Yesterday, the plan hatched by union bosses and Harry Reid and other union-label Senators to cheat and change Senate rules without 67 votes was foiled after an outpouring of opposition from Right to Work supporters like you.

For the last week, your phone calls, emails, and faxed petitions sent a clear message to the Senate to preserve one of our most vital checks against out-of-control government.

Senators are still negotiating on a set of rule changes, and we will continue monitoring Capitol Hill and keep you updated if forced-unionism proponents launch another sneak attack on the filibuster and other Senate rules designed to protect the minority party and the American people from an onslaught of unpopular legislation.
