On Tuesday, the Senate returns and its first real action is to vote on Senate Resolution 10, which would cut the heart out of the filibuster and other Senate rules that over the last two years helped us defeat Big Labor's Card Check Forced Unionism Bill and Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill.

Tens of thousands of faxes from concerned citizens like you have been pouring into Senate offices, but we can't stop there.

Just one month ago, the filibuster stalled the union bosses' Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill.

And only the filibuster kept Harry Reid from bringing up and ramming through Big Labor's Card Check Forced Unionism scheme.

Now Harry Reid is plotting an underhanded maneuver to gut this bedrock of our constitutional system with only 51 votes despite clear rules in place that require 67 votes.
