Freedom is popular and breaking out all over America.

The 111th Congress is behind us, and the forces of liberty prevailed against some of the union bosses' most dangerous demands for bigger government and more control over hardworking Americans.

And now those same forces for liberty are turning to the states to take back employee freedom from the union hierarchy and politicians who have seized it.

Thanks to the efforts of concerned citizens like you, Right to Work laws should soon be introduced in at least nine forced-unionism states that currently deny workers' freedom.

At present, 22 states with Right to Work laws guarantee that no worker can be forced to join or pay dues to a union to get or keep a job.

Legislators in Indiana have already introduced a Right to Work bill this year, and pro-liberty legislators are expected to introduce bills in Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

And your National Right to Work Committee, working with the thousands of pro-liberty activists in each state, is prepared to support these efforts 100 percent.

Of course, the union chiefs are fighting back with lies and other desperate tactics to protect their power over workers who want nothing to do with them.

In fact, I've just written an op-ed in the Indianapolis Star responding to some of Big Labor's smears. I hope you'll read it and share it with anyone you know in Indiana or other forced-unionism states.

Your hard work was critical in recent months. Many of Big Labor's biggest apologists at the federal and state level went down in defeat in November.

Now, we enter the next phase.
