Yesterday, a federal judge in Florida struck down Obamacare, holding that the law is unconstitutional.
Though this is the second federal judge to rule that Obamacare is unconstitutional, the new ruling goes a step further than the first, voiding the entire bill, and not just the individual insurance mandate.
This ruling makes it even more likely that the final verdict on Obamacare will likely be rendered by the U.S. Supreme Court.
This is the second piece of good news in two weeks. On January 19, the U.S. House passed a bill to repeal the job-killing legislation.
But the battle is far from over.
We must now fight for repeal in the U.S. Senate and continue to support the Attorneys General who are fighting the law in court.
