Earlier, Representatives. Steve King (R-IA) and Michele Bachmann (R-MN)
drafted a letter to House Majority Leader John Boehner, Majority Leader Eric Cantor and Appropriations Chairman Hal Rogers urging them not to move forward with the next Continuing Resolution bill unless key language to defund ObamaCare is included.
Both King and Bachmann are willing to shutdown the federal government, and believe inserting this language into the next CR bill is the best opportunity Americans have to
defund ObamaCare.
They are also urging ALL members of the House to join with them in pledging to prevent taxpayer money from being used to implement ObamaCare.
Additionally they also want to rescind the $105,464,000,000 already appropriated to ObamaCare. "We cannot successfully defund ObamaCare without shutting off these automatically appropriated funds," said King.
