Red Barry Accuses Dirty Harry Of "Lack Of Leadership" On Budget

I'm not quite sure why he's doing this.  Blameshifting implies that there's blame to be affixed, which means something's being done wrong.  But Barry's own budget proposal for FYE 9/30/12 makes zero, zip, zilch, nada attempt at the "reaching out to Republicans" that he's making a big public show of chiding Pencil Neck for not doing.  I guess hiding under Old Resolute is a slicker PR strategy than reading verbatim from the hoary old Donk "mean-spirited cuts" playbook and making an ass of one's self.  But isn't the latter Dirty Harry's job at this point?
