The Wrong Tap

With gas prices skyrocketing - just as Red Barry promised three years ago, BTW - and "red"-state Democrats picking up another reason to pull at their sweaty collars, which "reserve" does it make more sense to tap: centuries of oil that's in the ground or the few weeks' worth that is already out of it?

Yes, that's a rhetorical question.  So guess which one the Regime wants to tap:

Remember when Ken Salazar first ran for the Senate back in '04?  How he ran as a "conservative" Democrat, and oh, by the way, a "pro-energy" one at that?  What a pathetic weasely bastard he's become.

Yeah, why tap our own vast energy resources when the ChiComms need 'em so much more than we do?  We've got a "green economy" to build, after all.

You know, like the one in Zimbabwe.
