What To Do When Nobody Believes Your B.S. Any Longer

Over at The Corner, Iain Murray gives Obama a class on what to do to fix the economy - none of which, of course, Obama will do because he's an incompetent, liberal boob. Here are a few of Murray's ideas:

The president should instantly upbraid his cabinet members and agency heads for the derisory responses to his call for deregulatory efforts, which will barely scratch the surface of the problem. He should demand total regulatory relief to the tune of at least $500 billion a year, and make it clear that it’s just a start. His agency heads have so far found a sum two orders of magnitude smaller than that, a clear sign that they don’t understand what’s wrong with the economy.

Government regulations are job killers. Murray is right in that Obama and his minions don't understand what's wrong with the economy. Plus, in my opinion, they're only interested in fixing it inasmuch as it will help Obama with his re-election. When it comes to caring about the people of this country, I don't think he gives a flip.
