Biden's Boorishness

I really can't stand this man. Mona Charen has a great piece up regarding Joe Biden's moral obtuseness.

This was not a gaffe. This was a disgrace. In a speech at Sichuan University, Vice President Joe Biden said, “Your policy has been one which I fully understand — I’m not second-guessing — of one child per family.” But, he continued, this policy is creating demographic difficulties, such that “one wage earner will be taking care of four retired people. Not sustainable.”

They're trying to backpedal this now, saying that he was saying the policy was "unsustainable." No words about the immorality of the practice, nothing about the brutality. As Charen says, "I fully understand-I'm not second-guessing" is practically an endorsement of the policy. This man is not fit to be Vice President. He's barely fit to breathe.
